Happy New Year from DJT!
Happy New Year all you DJT Fans. What an amazing finish to an incredible year! Derek James Tilley Finished 2008 with a huge bang becoming the headliner of his first ever show, "it is such an incredible feeling to be up on stage in front of the crowd whether I am the headliner or not, but knowing that I was the headliner just made it that much more special." says DJT. So as 2009 kicks off DJT continues to build his brand. Starting the year with 4 amazing shows already and booking new ones everyday it looks like it is going to be a busy year for the young up and comer, but he appears ready for whatever lies ahead, “I am looking forward to being busy. I would love nothing more than to perform every night of the week for my fans and meet them all face to face, and this year brings me one step closer to that dream." With his debut single “Do You Have To Walk In The Rain” going number one on the ITunes charts and debuting in the Top 100 on the Canadian Country Music Charts Derek seems to be off to a great start, "I was and still am extremely excited about how well the first single did for me at radio and internet radio, and if anything it just gets me more excited for the next one." With his second single due out at radio early 2009 DJT seems to be starting his charge at becoming the next big name in Country Music, and it looks like nothing can stop him.
so as DJT grows he would like to thank everyone of his friend’s, family and of course his fan’s for making this possible.
